Our mission

We will set the standard for powering the transition to sustainable, carbon-free, affordable, and safe mobility of commercial vehicles globally

Our goal

18 500 autonomous charging stations in the field by 2030

Grivix has engineered an advanced autonomous charging system designed specifically for heavy-duty electric vehicles.

The system is:

Fully autonomous – robot arm IS the charging cable

Plug and charge - hands free charging

Powered by AI vision recognition

Capable of charging at 6 MegaWatts (4'000A/1'500V) - incorporates a unique cooled cable and connector design

Includes a communication and positioning module that allows vehicles to be optimally positioned towards the robot

Unique benefits of grivix’s autonomous charging system

Invest now and use it for the next 10-15 years with no extra infrastructure cost.

The only company with software & hardware on the vehicle side: no need for long, heavy charging cables.

Delivers safety, convenience, and reability to fleet operators and drivers.

Allows 24/7 uninterrupted operations.

Fulle integrated e2e system (Plug'n'charge)

Top off energy reserves for various heavy-duty vehicles in 10 mins (up to 5 MW). 10 times faster than Tesla Supercharger and HPC.

The only "future proofed" charging system. Installed now - ROI for years.

“…Global warming is an unfortunate reality our generation is living in. I am a father of two boys (6 and 9 years old) and if I want my children to continue living surrounded by the beautiful nature in Switzerland, I can’t wait any longer and must contribute to fighting climate change...

The global acceleration toward electrical vehicle use is one of the important pillars of the green energy transition and while significant progress has been achieved in the automotive industry, it is still a way to go in the global supply chain including trucks, ships, and airplanes. That is driving me and other employees at GRIVIX to continue developing cutting-edge technologies in autonomous megawatt charging for heavy-duty vehicles.

In following this passion, I was able to build significant professional experience in the field, starting from converting cars into electrical vehicles (Fiat 500 in 2011, Lotus Elise in 2012), moving into developing one of the first electrical trucks (E-Force One in 2013) and finally transiting into new products development for the major automotive supplier in Switzerland – Huber+Suhner in 2014. In 2017 I led the first-time-ever development and market launch of the cooled cable (unique technology allowing faster charging). In 2018 I decided to follow my passion as an entrepreneur and set up GRIVIX. Additionally, I support the local community services as a member of the board.

“…After an incredibly rewarding 20-year career in the pharmaceutical industry, where I had the privilege of launching innovative therapies in the battle against cancer, I have decided to embark on a new adventure, driven by my unwavering passion for combating climate change.... Those who know me well are not surprised, I am all about big challenges.

I am deeply grateful to IMD Business School Lausanne for helping me to realize how big and urgent is this challenge.

The mission of grivix GmbH resonates deeply with me. I am very excited to be on this journey with my partner and expert in #emobility Marc-André Beck. Our ambition is to contribute to a faster transition to green vehicles, not just in the automotive sector, but also in the #mining , #aviation , and #marine industries.

The urgency of the #climate crisis cannot be understated. Our planet is experiencing unprecedented challenges, and it is imperative that we take bold action. Joining grivix GmbH allows me to combine my extensive experience in launching new innovative products, with my passion for environmental and sustainability.
